Passive filter automation intelligent flexible assembly line

The production line is the world’s first passive filter automation intelligent flexible assembly  line that has been put into mass production.

The assembly object of this automated production line is a passive filter, which is mainly used in the feedback part of base stations and repeaters such as GSM, CDMA, and 3G.It is to combine and filter the signals modulated by the Base station/ Repeater station, and filtering and splitting the received signals. Its internal structure is complex, and the main body is a filter cavity. Components that need to be assembled include: connectors, tapping lines, low-pass, resonant rods, flying rods, inductors, wavelength lines, PCB boards, and hard connections, etc.

The innovation of the line:

1).Complete assembly processes: The production line has a high degree of automation, covering all processes of filter assembly, including: labeling, scanning, press-fitting, screw locking, soldering, testing, and dust removal;

2). High degree of flexibility: The production line adopts a modular design, each station is a module, the entire production line can be flexibly adjusted according to specific process requirements, and each module is equipped with a separate control system, and can be run off the entire line as a stand-alone device;

3).Visual positioning: Each automatic assembly station is equipped with a vision system. Using visual positioning, it not only greatly improves the assembly accuracy, but also reduces the positioning accuracy requirements after the filter cavity is on the line, effectively avoid misinstallation;

4). Short change of production time: After visual positioning, the assembly position of the workstation can be acquired offline according to the cavity model, which greatly saves the workload and time for production commissioning;

5). Strong product compatibility: compatible with Huawei's seven series of products, the product size range covers 200 * 100mm ~ 500 * 400mm.
